Love the menu options, although wish they had a ramen selection. Super friendly greets. Didn't have a reservation but was accommodating for our group of 5. Tasty flavors. Nice bite size servings on their rolls. Wasn't a huge fan of their lettuce wrap, too saucy. Everyone enjoyed the poke nachos, poke bowls, sushi rolls and tempura. Nice open windows, indoor or outdoor eating available. Love the chill ambiance of the place.

After winetasting in Saint Helena, we decided to go to Eiko's in Napa for drinks and appetizers, and it was a wonderful experience. we made reservations via OpenTable on a Saturday at 4ish. My mother-in-law, who was born and raised in Tokyo (picky when it comes to Japanese food) was impressed with the quality of the sashimi, which speaks volumes about the authenticity and freshness. As vegans, my husband and I enjoyed the modified vegetable roll and cucumber salad, both of which were delicious. My father-in-law was very pleased with his lichi martini. We sat on the patio, which was lovely, and the staff kindly turned on the space heaters as it cooled down. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be returning. The only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because the cushions in the patio were dirty and need to be washed. My husband sat on something that was wet and stained his shorts.

Update: We went here for happy hour and have a few more recommendations. The tempura shishito peppers are a great appetizer to share. They come with a small bowl of salt and a wedge of lime. Very good! It's also fun to order a few rolls to share. We got the California roll, Sanchez roll and poké roll. All were good, but our unexpected favorite was the Sanchez roll. It has scallops on the inside and is lightly fried in tempura from the outside. It gives it a nice crispy nori shell. On top is tobiko, spicy aioli and sriracha. Reminder to future self: order this!

Love this place! We love the Oxbow Market and on a hot day it was a perfect spot to enjoy some great sushi. Love sitting at the counter watching the chef prepare the food. Chef Donny (sp) suggested we try the Hamachi Sashimi appetizer to start. WOW! It was simply delicious (YELLOWTAIL JALAPEÑO 6 PC $22 YELLOWTAIL SASHIMI, YUZU-SOY SAUCE, TOPPED WITH JALAPEÑO, CILANTRO, AND "SPRINKLE-SPRINKLE" VEGETABLES) - highly recommend it. We also ordered one of their specialty rolls called the "Ricky Ricardo on Vacation" (RICKY RICARDO ON VACATION $23 SHRIMP & AVOCADO INSIDE, TOPPED WITH MAGURO, SALMON, CRAB MIX, JALAPEÑO, EIKO'S SESAME SAUCE, GREEN ONION, & TOBIKO ) funny name but a great roll. 2 of us shared both items and it was a perfect lunch! Thanks Donny and Eikos for the fabulous food!
